Remove all speaker wires and try again. If it unlocks one or more speakers are bad. If not service required for amp. Good luck.

Tow times flashes [blinks] denotes a fault with its power supply regulator board. The output voltage come out from it might be less or more than normal. 5X Blink - TCON & HFR Failure
The 5X blink protection mode indicates a communications error between the TCON/HFR board and the MT5388 microprocessor on the A-Board. First replace the TCON/HFR Board if the 5X protection mode blink pattern occurs. If the TCON/HFR Board does not repair the problem then replace the A-Board.

B+ over voltage protection (OVP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 3 blink fault. This is also a problem in the power supply circuit, check T603 and R672.
Have you set the output voltage correctly?

Replace the main board (BU1 Board).
This is a problem in the audio circuit.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. TV turns on but within 60 seconds the screen goes black and the red standby light blinks six times. Were you able to resolve this problem on your TV?

Goes from on to Standby by its self because of protection mode that activates for some internal problem. Do you see standby light blinking on tv front? What is model number of your tv? How many times standby light blinking after 3 seconds long pause? Let me know to find out possible cause of problem.
