Lost instruction manual for Bravetti Model#TO285 toast/conv.oven
I have a very nice Bravetti oven that toasts, bakes, broils, rotisseries and is also a regular or convection oven(can turn function on or off). The problem is I have lost or either never had the instruction manual. I have lots of included accessories such as skewers, rotisserie rack as well as a basket for doing veggies and fish rotisserie style. The model # is TO285 and is 1500 watts. The name on the unit is Bravetti Platinum Pro. I got this from HSN a little while back;now they don't carry that brand anymore. I live in FL and went through several hurricaines in a short period of time and thats why I never used/set up my new oven(had to move)etc., etc. If anyone had some info I could download or whatever would be SUPER! Thank you.

Have you tried to find the Euro Pro website to look there? Have you searched on the internet using Euro Pro, model, and the word manual because there are sites that offer manuals on products. And the same thing for the rotisserie part. Maybe doing that will give you leads to look further if need be.
Contact Euro-Pro by phone at (800) 798-7398. b The replacement knobs will cost you about $10 (3 knobs and shipping and handling) Call-don't email as I got the wrong information when I emailed. You are better off speaking with a person, even if they are in India.

YES YOU ARE your trying to bake something in a toaster oven :) toaster ovens have two modes toast /bake in this mode top and bottom elements get hot .and broil in this mode only the top elements get hot . the problem is the marketing the word OVEN makes you think of a normal oven that the bottom elements do all the work . toaster ovens work well melting stuff and toasting . thats about it . if you must bake in it try placeing a sheet of foil on top of your baked goods it might insulate the top of you food . good luck ... if this answer helped please rate it a 3 or 4 stars , this high rateing will help keep me in the paid answer department , thank you
OK, go to http://www.euro-pro.com/europro/faqdetail.aspx?modelno=to160l for model TO160L toaster oven or, if that is not the model number of your oven, enter model number (should be on the back plate of your oven: turn it around) into the box at the top left of the screen displayed when you use the address listed above. Good luck! alex bau.
