Sharp's diagnostics use the letter "H" t designate a problem with the fuser, that is the part of the mahine that heats up and maintains a set temperature. The "H" is usually followed but a number, either 3 or 4 to indicate whether the temperature is either too high or too low. In many cases, there is a temperature fuse that will blow out and render the heater powerless. It will have to be replaced by a technician who will then run a reset code to bring things back to a normal condition. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
