White screen for Facebook games

Facebook games use Flash so you need to make sure your adobe flash is installed and working go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the latest flash player for your browser that should fix it not working if not you might need to reset your browser settings go to tools then internet options then advanced and it the reset. Make sure you dont reset all your personal settings because that is not needed to fix this problem.

How do i reset my laptops cmos battery i have a dell inspirion 5100

The Basic Input Output System (BIOS) on a Dell laptop is used to help hardware communicate with the operating system. You can change many different aspects of your Dell laptop's BIOS such as boot order, BIOS time, set a system password, and change certain aspects of how your hardware works. If you want to reset your Dell laptop BIOS to its original settings, you can do so by changing only one setting. This setting restores your BIOS to its default settings, no matter what settings you may have changed.
1. Restart your Dell laptop. Click on "Start," "Turn off Computer" and "Restart." 2. Press "F2" during the boot process to enter the BIOS. Press "F2" before the Windows loading screen. Certain models may use a different key. The key will be displayed during the boot process. For most Dell models, the key is "F2." 3. Use the "Alt" + "F" key combination to load defaults. 4. Press "Esc" on your Dell laptop keyboard to save and exit. 5. Choose the "Enter" key to save all changes and exit the BIOS screen. Allow your laptop to restart for BIOS settings to reset.
I hope that these steps help you.

Please rate me.

Thanks.

While I play World of Warcraft on my laptop, the screen goes black and begins to say something about my video. After a bit of it going back and forth from the normal screen to the black screen it restarts...

The game is most likely too much for your laptop's GPU to handle. Black/blue screens are definite systems of pushing hardware a little too far. It simply may not be possible to play the game on your machine.

Graphics lagging, stuttering in world of warcraft

Try this once
World of Warcraft System Requirements
The World of Warcraft system requirements are impressive. World of Warcraft requires a large amount of memory, hard drive space and, above all, a solid
internet connection.
For a Windows system, the minimum World of Warcraft system requirements are as follows:
- Intel Pentium III 800 MHz or AMD Athlon 800 MHz processor
- at least 512 MB of RAM,
- 32 MB graphics card,
- DirectX 9.0,
- 6.0 GB of hard drive space
- 4x CD-ROM
- 56k internet connection.
However, the recommended World of Warcraft system requirements are substantially higher:
- Intel Pentium IV 1.5 GHz or AMD XP 1500+ MHz processor
- 1024 MB of RAM
- 64 MB 3D graphics card
- broadband internet connection
- A two-button, scroll-wheel mouse is also recommended.
Millions of players connect daily to the World of Warcraft servers, and the amount of information being transferred from any one computer to the main terminals is enormous. But with all of these numbers and with all of these devices, frequent gamers know they will need to go above the minimal system requirements to experience the game fully. The minimal World of Warcraft system requirements only guarantee the game to run; they do not guarantee the game to run in a playable fashion.
There are some other known issues to keep in mind
- Some video cards may experience problems displaying certain textural effects while playing. Graphic issues may include colors shimmering across static textures, textures that appear solid green or white, and patches of texture or even geometry that are invisible.
- World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade requires the latest version of DirectX.
- Also, it is important that your video drivers are up-to-date and compatible with the latest version of DirectX. Outdated or incompatible video drivers can cause a variety of video and game play issues.
Something else you should keep in mind is that World of Warcraft had multiple expansion packs and down-loadable patches and these are also a factor into the World of Warcraft system requirements. Overtime, the specifications have shifted, and will keep shifting in the future; what was once acceptable to run the original game is no longer adequate for some expansions and patches. This will force players to upgrade their computers, if they wish to run the latest versions of the game. Gamers really have no choice; in order to compete, they must have the latest World of Warcraft software and a system that meets at least the recommended requirements; otherwise, you will keep stumbling around.

Slow 5 MINS TO BOOT FROM FACTORY DEFAULT?

I would suggest booting into Safe Mode with networking (do this by pressing F8 during boot. Just tap it every few seconds until you get the OS selection menu). Once you enter Safe Mode, go to www.gmer.net and download their removal tool. You may have what's called a Rootkit trojan. Those can stay in your system's memory even after a factory default reset.

Screen suddenly blank on FujitsuSiemens AmiloProFB21

I am thinking that the Video Resolution went off, so you have to try entering Safe Mode by pressing F8 until you get a menu in black and white...

Then, select Safe Mode. That would reset your video resolution.

Then, reboot the system and let it boot normal. See if it is fixed.
