The Basic Input Output System (BIOS) on a Dell laptop is used to help hardware communicate with the operating system. You can change many different aspects of your Dell laptop's BIOS such as boot order, BIOS time, set a system password, and change certain aspects of how your hardware works. If you want to reset your Dell laptop BIOS to its original settings, you can do so by changing only one setting. This setting restores your BIOS to its default settings, no matter what settings you may have changed.
1. Restart your Dell laptop. Click on "Start," "Turn off Computer" and "Restart." 2. Press "F2" during the boot process to enter the BIOS. Press "F2" before the Windows loading screen. Certain models may use a different key. The key will be displayed during the boot process. For most Dell models, the key is "F2." 3. Use the "Alt" + "F" key combination to load defaults. 4. Press "Esc" on your Dell laptop keyboard to save and exit. 5. Choose the "Enter" key to save all changes and exit the BIOS screen. Allow your laptop to restart for BIOS settings to reset.
I hope that these steps help you.

Thanks.

Hi there - this appears to be a bug, but in fact is not. In the "maintain your manual" challenge in district 2, if you drop the manual (meaning, losing your balance and having the skateboard drop back down to 4 wheels on the ground) the challenge simply resets to the beginning with the clock resetting to 2 mins. Rock back and forth on the balance board to keep your balance. As long as you maintain it for 50 yards, the screen will not go blank and you will pass the challenge! If you drop the board back down before 50 yards, the screen goes black and the challenge resets.

Slow 5 MINS TO BOOT FROM FACTORY DEFAULT?

I would suggest booting into Safe Mode with networking (do this by pressing F8 during boot. Just tap it every few seconds until you get the OS selection menu). Once you enter Safe Mode, go to www.gmer.net and download their removal tool. You may have what's called a Rootkit trojan. Those can stay in your system's memory even after a factory default reset.

World of Warcraft Error #0

You have to repair your game.

1. Go to the Repair Tool in World of Warcraft folder > repair.exe

2. Right Click the World of Warcraft Shortcut > Properties

3. Click Find Target button in the bottom left of the Shortcut tab. This will display the World of Warcraft folder.

5. Double Click on Repair program and choose the Reset and Check files option.

6. This will create a backup of your WTF, WDB and Interface folders before resetting them and then begin scanning your installation.

Screen suddenly blank on FujitsuSiemens AmiloProFB21

I am thinking that the Video Resolution went off, so you have to try entering Safe Mode by pressing F8 until you get a menu in black and white...

Then, select Safe Mode. That would reset your video resolution.

Then, reboot the system and let it boot normal. See if it is fixed.
