- Hiya,

My d3422fw stops mid way through thre wash(and rinse) cycle - also won't heat up water - any ideas??

If by reset you mean cancel the programme, then you need to press and hold the start/pause button for about 10 seconds until the drain pump starts to run.
This will continue for about 2 minutes.When it stops, turn off the appliance. When you turn on again all should be well
