Question about Creative Labs Zen Nano Plus MP3 Player
Had the same problem, but could not reformat, until I read elsewhere on the net that you should not format using FAT32, but just select FAT16 or FAT, it worked with my XP pc.

it says file system error when i try to turn it on then it automatically shuts off. what can i do to fix the error??
