Question about GPS
Recheck over your wires make sure that they are connected and have not come loose for any reason.
there is the link to the newest firmware update for your unit I am not sure if it will help but it might it sounds more to me to be a install issue and should be fixable if you go over your wires and make sure they are all looking good and secure in their spots.
if you dont have the instructions please goto the following
scroll down to find the model number you have.
hope this helps if anything else let me know and I will see what I can figure out. it could also be interferance with something as well. but once again unable to test further myself so you can do that try different things and see if anything helps clear it up. try different mounting locations antena positions ect.
