Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I would definitely need some more information before giving you a definite solution, but generally, you can reset your router and cable modem to solve this. On the back of each one (modem and router) there is a small hole that says 'reset'. Use a straightened paperclip or something small in order to press the button (holding it down for 5-10 seconds and all the lights start blinking). Do this to both the modem and router then restart your computer. If this does not work, be sure to post what version of windows you are using, the type of router, and the circumstances under which is stopped working.
Hope this helps!
