Question about Philips HDD070 MP3 Player
After 2 or 3 months of buying it, the songs started to play by themselves.. I don't know but I could hear 2 songs at the same time.. I went to the store's technical support, they sent the player to Philips and they returned to me along with a software CD (probably the same that was included when I bought it..) and I did the same as the first day that I got it.. but this time the player won't show any song.. it's like completely empty even though Musicmatch says that is full... I went again to the store ( it's in Germany, so I tried hard to make myself understood) and after 2 weeks I got it again and off course... it doens't work! same problem! I went again to the store and the clerk plugged it into his pc and.. suprise!! it worked!! I don't know what is wrong.. bus I uninstall and install everything again (6 times and counting)and I can't even sell it because its price has dropped a lot! I hate this player!
Make sure that Musicmatch recognises the player as GoGear.
If it shows up as Removable Drive n: (Where n can be any letter) go into the Musicmatch Options menu (with device connected) click on the drop down menu and select GoGear and click apply.
