Question about HP 4570C Flatbed Scanner
When I select 4570c scanner I get Error Message. Restart the program, Restart the PC & try again, Reinstall the Photo & imaging software & try again.
When I select Hp PSC 1500 series All in One I get. An Error Occurred Communicating with Scanning device. Please insure that the scanning device is connected properly & try again.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled the 4570c scanner software and tried again and same results. Then I uninstalled the software for HP PSC 1500 series and reinstalled and get the same results. The 1500 series prints web pages & copies just fine.
Should I uninstalled both products completely and reinstall?

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
