Rival Slow Cooker Control Knob

I have an older model RIVAL crockpot and the control knob has broken in half. The model and serial #'s are somewhat hard to read but look like serial# 0908, control# 3351 203, and Special Inspection# C 828225. There are settings,,,,off, low and high.

Any idea where I can get a replacement control knob and how much it would cost----shipped to Canada??
