You can remove or change the Window's User oradministrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access todownload the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD.Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot upthe laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CDwhich contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removalprogram.Click on one of these links todownload HIREN'S BOOTCD :-http://www.hirensbootcd.net/http://67.20.82.163/

Fastest way slick and reinstall. That's why I never in 25 years of computer support never enabled passwords that deep. Some system have a hardware reset buried inside but it takes a tech to get to it. Some time removing the CMOS battery will do it. It would be easier to hack the OS and get into the Admin password than a hardware passwork.

Remove the battery . Short the grounding strips made for this purpose on the mother board,or the battery terminals,if you can't find the strips. Reinsert the battery and the pass word will be gone.

Hi,
If she cannot remember the password you can reset it. This will require a seperate computer with a CD burner and a blank CD to make a bootable disk, then simply follow the instructions on the page linked below.
Before resetting the password check the lights for your keyboard though. You may have your number lock turned on which will turn 789UIOKJLM into 7894561230 creating a number pad on your keyboard. If this is the case find the key marked "num lk" if it is the same colour as the letters pressing it should disable the number pad, if it is surrounded by a line or a different colour you will need to hold down the Fn key then press num lk to enable/disable the numberpad, you should see a light with a picture of a lock come on and off to denote number pad on or off. Ensure it is off then retry logging on with her password. If it still doesn't work, then procede to the link below and follow the instructions carefully.

If there is nothing on the computer you need, reinstall windows. You can boot to the CD and install windows without logging in.
Press the F12 key when the comptuer first comes on to select Boot from CD.
What version of WIndows are you running?
Hope this helps. Please rate and comment if it does.

SOURCE: I dont know my password
Is this the login password, the system password, or the hard disk drive password? If it is just the login password then try logging in to safe mode. When you reboot your computer hit the f8 key until it goes into the different logins menu. Select safe mode and go in and either change the password or create a new account without a password and give it administrative rights. Now you can reboot your computer to normal windows mode and change, add, or delete usernames/passwords. If the problem is the system/cmos password or the hard drive password, contact your system manufacter's website (i.e. www.hp.com, www.dell.com, etc.) and find out if it is possible to do this. Some systems allow you to reset it by removing and replacing the cmos battery. Others require you to contact the manufacturer through their outlets and provide a receipt for you computer before the can reset it for you. It just depends on what kind of laptop you have. Hope this helps. Good luck!
