I have a 1600 watt boss chaos amp it has power no sound rca jack good fuzes are good no burnt smell every thing is good just dosent have any sound

You need to check the 2 sets of fuses on the face of the unit.
Try removing the fuses and resetting them.

Power hookup is 12+, remote power on and negative.

When two sub woofers are wired the most important thing that must be remembered is to keep the polarity and PHASING to be in line within the space.
The sub can be connected in Series or in Parallel ( if the amplifier takes in very low impedance).
The connections can be bridged from the output.
Finally your taste to listen must determine the final settings and response

Boss 2500GT mono block car amp white smoke after 5 mins

I'm not familiar with this particular model but this appears to be the filter inductor in a class D amp. If I had to guess, the white smoke is from the filter capacitors connected to this inductor.

You should check with Boss to see if it's available. If it's not, you can re-wind it. You'll need to measure the diameter of the wire to determine its gauge.

If the filter caps vented, you'll have to replace those also.
