Upper radiator hose blew open - replaced the hose, but car won't start - it cranks, and battery is live, but won't turn over
Check engine compression if no compression a blown head gasket.
You said it cranks then you said it wont turn over if it wont turn over you might have get the engine to hot and seized the engine please spesifiy if the engine turns over or not

starters are actually pretty easy. usually just 2 or 3 bolts holding it on. Just disconnect the battery first. Remove the bolts and the starter and then installation is reversal of removal.

turns over and crank are the same thing,
so you are saying it does crank over but no start,right?
you need to determine if you have at least 50psi of fuel pressure in fuel rail at reed valve.

Being you replaced the fuel pump and that had no effect I would now check if you have spark if theres no spark check your distributor or coil packs if you have coil packs check the crankshaft position sensor that sensor if its bad could cause a no spark condition...
