Use an ear bud to wipe out the excessive water from any single location which  you can find
after that  place the phone below a Lamp(dont forget to switch the lamp on  and the phone should be off) after some hours the water would have dried out  then  post if you have any problem
pls do post back  and dont forget to rate the solution

I have the HTC One and the battery takes forver to charge up and the battery is also very quick to drain down when I use apps is this normal?

You battery is most likely damaged/defective, maybe water damage to the battery check the edges of the battery there should be a tiny white sticker with red X's on it if the sticker is all red then it has water damage. But could just be bad battery I'd buy a new one.

Need to restart my window 7 HTC w water damage

hI! Need to keep the machine dry before turning it on. It will cause damage to the unit if it is turned on when wet. It will cause short circuit to the electronic parts.

My htc mogul front key dont work even after making sure that my keylock is set to do not lock front keys

I had the same problem with mine a few weeks ago. If you're within your 1 yr manufacturer's warranty, go to your cellphone provider and, barring any evidence of abuse/water damage, they can order an exchange for a working refurb. My "new phone" arrived the next day via UPS. I took both phones in, they set it up/activated the new one, and I sent the old one back. If you're within your 1 year on your phone and they don't find any evidence of abuse/water damage, they'll probably only ship the replacement phone minus back cover, battery, and maybe the stylus. Shipping is paid for by HTC to return your old one. So, it shouldn't cost you anything but time.
