I bought a SanDisk flash drive a little over a year ago. It opens fine on XP, where I have to enter the password to see my files, but on Windows 7, I'm never prompted to enter my password and thus can't see any of my files. Any clues to getting around this issue? I try to restart the flash drive, as it is read as a CD on Windows 7, but it just opens up iTunes, and again, I'm never prompted for my password.

I had an old Imac which died (os9). I got a new mac and put my old hard drive in a case so I would be able to pull old information off. This worked great and I was able to use it as a back-up hard drive. I decided I would clear off some of the old information off of the disk and after I did that my computer would no longer recognize this drive. Disk utility will not work. I believe I lost the driver. I of course have information I need to get off of the drive. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
