Question about Apple iPod nano
When I connect my 4gb nano to my computer it will not recognize it so I am unable to do anything with it. I also don't have the disk for it so, I may need help to find a driver.
In most cases, iPods do not require drivers. Simply open iTunes (a free download can be found at apple.com) and then connect. It should recognize it immediately.
If you have tried this and it still does not work, please post what OS (operating system, i.e., Vista, XP, OSX, etc) you are using and perhaps we can provide more assistance.
Good luck! TJ

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
