Question about Canon i950 InkJet Photo Printer
Once I give a print order to the i950... the machine makes sounds as if it is preparing to print. Then... the paper appears to load...about 1/8 of the page lowers into the printer. From there... nothing happens. The typical printing sounds are still made by the printer, but the paper does not advance into the printer. Then... I get a "paper jam" message from the printer icon in my dock. Anybody know how I can get the paper to load properly and print correctly?

As my longtime experience, it seems that any other material such as broken paper,etc present inside paper path of your printer. Please check and remove the material. If you cannot do this by yourself you may ask someone or take the printer to the nearest service center. I hope this help you then rate this as fixya.
