I accedentaly dis able my monitor from plug and play properties, How can I re en able it when I cant see anything on the screen

Thats a hard one? hold F8 key while booting your PC and select " Enable VGA Mode" after getting it to the safe mode desktop, do either below. NOW if you cannot see your monitor BEFORE Windows boots etc. Your Monitor is most likely faulty, and NOT un-plug-n-play'ed

HKLM\SYSTEM\CCS\Services\PlugPlay, dword value Start, data 0x2.

OR START>>RUN>>services.msc & enter, scroll down to Plug & Play and Enable and set to Automatic

ok looks like your quartz.dll windows file is corrupt, try installing this file into windows again, click on the link below, after installing this file again try your legoland installer, should work now.

Legoland won't start on my vista computer.

Your game might need special help in order to run. I suggest you read this in order to attempt to get your game to work.

Note - since this is a much older game it is not guaranteed to work.

Media test failure

Do you have the PXE error?
The media failure is in the boot sequence, on the toshiba press F12 on boot to change boot priority, select cd/dvd or hard drive, or to preclude from happening, press F2 on boot enter BIOS, select Boot options make sure to set priority as cd/dvd, then hard drive, then network or disable network boot. network booting causes media failure.
