Question about Washing Machines
Usually there is an error code associated with abnormal operation. If there is any problem, the unit will shut down. For instance if the clothes are off balance it will shut down. If the pump can't pump the water out during spin, then it will shut down. There is a sequence of steps used to isolate the problem. One must have the proper codes to access the troubleshooting mode. The most common problem is that the pump is being blocked by lint, etc in the clean out basket located beneath the front of the machine. If it is jampacked with lint, etc. then remove all visible and then restart the machine.
