I can't star programing, not even the date

I follow the instructions: PGM, 1, subtotal, 081129, x/for/date time, C.
nothing happens.
I also did it without the C, nothing happens.
What can I do

Hi. This is normal when you haven't changed the batteries on time. It no longer has the power to backup the memory when you get a power cut. You can change the batteries now and try to recover the memory if it is still there. MAKE SURE you leave the POWER ON when changing the batteries as there may be enough in them to hold memory but not if you turn power off. Once you have new batteries in it and the FFFFFFFFFF is on display, turn key to Program or PGM mode and press subtotal. It should print out. Turn key back to REG mode and try it

How do I program a taxable item on PLU on Sam 4s 5200m?


no, no, no....not 1 or zero before the price...that is totally wrong

In program mode, hit 100 subtotal, then press the plu to be programmed, then hit 0 time for nontaxable and 400000000 time for taxable then hit subtotal

I deleted the cash button on the er-380 how do i program it back?


Turn Key to "s" mode (one turn more clockwise from PGM "6pm")
Enter "7" "0" "subtotal"
Enter "1" "4" "1" and then press your "missing cash button"
then
press "cash button" to confirm

Return key to "REG" position

Rang in 3.50 customer gave $10-when you enter amt tend you get error


turn the key to program and enter (0) , cash, then subtotal . then hit 3 subtotal, (0) cash, subtotal. turn the key back to reg and the cash key should now function correctly
