Bosch hmt9626 gb 1000w microwave cuts out after...

I have a Bosch HMT9626GB02 1000w microwave. It has broken down, the symptoms are as follows :
The time selection and power selection works perfectly
The machine starts perfectly
after working for 20seconds the digital timer display and lights inside switch off
the fan continues to whirr until I switch off the plug socket on the wall.
I have tried several bouts of 20 secs times with a cup of cold water and the water does not heat, so I assume that it is not heating at all.
Any help as to what part is broken or how I can fix it would be much appreciated.

Changed magnetron,got panasonic one on ebay uk for £29.99 instead of £136.99 from bosch -- works perfect. Thanks for the help

Wizur mag netron is faulty the reason for cutting out is thermal cutout switch change magnetron
