HI! FROM ALL MY RESEARCH FROM VARIOUS CASIO SITES, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE EX-Z60 CAN NOT USE THE NEW SDHC CARD. SORRY, BUT THE EX-Z60 CAN ONLY USE MMC OR SD CARDS. THE EX-Z60 BK &SR MODELS CAN USE THE SDHC CARDS. THERE ARE MANY 2GB SD ULTIMATE CARDS THAT HAVE FAST READ TIMES THAT MIGHT HELP. IF YOU NEED MORE HELP, REPLY TO ARCLIGHT1217. IF THIS HAS BEEN HELPFUL,PLEASE RATE! THANKS!

How do i unlock my camera's card?

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Camera reading error i even put a new chip called SDHC CARD

The EX-Z60 works with SD cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible and will not work. You need to use SD cards 2GB and smaller.

I have a casio exilim ex-s880 and the card is locked, how do i unlock it

SD (and SDHC) cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Will casio exilim ex-z60 work with a kingsto 4gb sdhc card

it may, but im not sure if the sdhc or only the sd card is comapitble, it may say its not, but on a cheap camera i got once, i put a 8gb shdc card in it and it was only able to handle 2 gb sd (thats what it said in the manual) and the card showed up as 8gb and was completely usable, i would try the card in the camera before you purchase it, ask at the counter or something, because it may work even if the manual says it wont

My EX-Z60 reads MEMORY FULL i've only taken 3 pics

I would think that you are using the built-in camera memory, by default it will allow 3 pics.
You need to go to the menu, choose setup and on the 3rd page is Format. Format your memory card

EX-Z850 Casio Camera

Same problem. My camera is 3 weeks old. I dropped it at a short distance onto a wooden floor and it immediately said my memory card was locked. I took the memory card out, it was not locked. I tried 4 different cards and they all say the same thing. If I take the memory card out, the camera runs fine on internal memory, but only holds about 8 pics. I've tried everything. Please help!!

you can get the memory card from your camera and put it into the slot of sd/mmc/mms/ms-pro/xd instead of using your cable.

Casio ex-z60 cannot read memory card

Make sure that the SD card you are using is either a SanDisc, Toshiba, or Panasonic. Those are the only cards that have been tested with Casio cameras. Also make sure that you format the card WITH THE CAMERA before you try and use it the first time. If it still doesn't work I would try resetting the camera and then you should have no problem.
