Hi Bruno,
First of all thank you for posting your question here at Fixya.
I'm assuming here that your TV's model number at the rear panel is MX-50HPT51.
My first advice is to unplug the unit from the outlet (AC source) for at least 1 hour to drain any voltages from the boards and to reset itself and then plug it back in and check if the symptoms still persist.
If the symptoms remain the same, this is an indication that the logic control board of your unit gone to malfunction. It is located at the center inside the set. See sample picture of logic board used for Maxent plasma TV at the end of this solution.
Please note that this is not your actual logic control board, it is used for another model no. I've attached it to give you an idea what it's gonna looks like. I've checked my link online for your logic control board but they are currently out-of-stock. I would advice you to contact your local Maxent sevice center to obtain the board.
Also, don't forget to check if your unit is under warranty/extended warranty period, avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free. Opening the rear panel will void the warranty.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Hope I helped you.
Rating and feedback are highly appreciated.
Good luck and take care!
Kind Regards,
