Under the frig front bottom kick panel about 3 inch high and runs all the way across the bottom of the frig. remove it and the drip pan is located inside.
Under your frig there is a drip pan that's most likely full and check your drain tube also for clogs probably Iced up. You access the pan from the front bottom.
I had a similar problem with my Whirlpool model 6ED25DQFW side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/water dispenser. Water was slowly pooling under the refrigerator under the freezer section. The defrost drain pipe was not blocked, the condenser fan was running, the drip pan was not leaking. The source of the leak was found to be the icemaker solenoid block plastic body which had a pinhole leak. To fix requires either plastic welding, or replacement of the solenoid block plastic body. To access the solenoid block firstly requires removal of the cardboard cover, located at the lower rear of the refrigerator.
Some of them do have a drip pan under them ,at the bottom of the frig there is a cover that will come off may be screwed on may snap off when you pull on it.Take a flashlight and shine under it after you get plate off you should see it .You can put a cap full of bleach in it should take care of your problem.
The tech is full of beans. The heat from a normally charged refrigerator is more than enough to evaporate water in drip pan. The indication of improper charge is that obvious. Fridge warm freezer ok would be a coil blocked with ice, however drip pan overflowing is a charge problem, Ask for a field supervisor.
I have seen this on my unit. There was water in the drip pan under the dishwasher. Water in the drip pan comes from a leak. In my case, the water valve was getting so old that it was letting too much water into the unit when it was trying to fill. This cause the filling station to over flow into the drip pan. A quick fix - I removed the water from the drip pan under the unit and I was able to turn down on the supply valve in the basement to limit how much water could come in. This allowed the unit to run without overflowing. I will replace the water valve soon.
Other possibilities, the float device used to detect too much water in the drip pan or too much water in the unit is stuck in the too full position. Or the pump out pump is stuck and not moving water.
check drip pan under frig.remove ft bottom of frig under door/ck drip tray?full? old frig?-time to buy new one.could be working to hard(age, compressor going bad)will cause frig to sweat.producing water under it.hope this helps.:)
condensation normally drains thru a tube at the bottom of the frig to a drip pan under the condenser coil (under the frig) .. the water normally just evaporates from the pan .. if there is too much moisture in the frig, that usually means a door is ajar (not closing completely) or the seal on the door is not sealing properly .. warm moist air from the room getting in will cause too much condensation .. the drip pan may overflow ... you should check the drip pan for damage (clean the condenser while you are down there) .. also check the tube that carries the condensation (back bottom of the frig) .. it has a one way valve (lets water out only) that becomes stuck sometimes and needs cleaning.. if there is a large amount of moist things in the frig then that an cause the problem as well .. just put those things in plastic bags or containers to eliminate that problem ..
