Clear by pressing C/Ac. Hold down the SET button for a frew seconds until it goes blank. then press TAX+, key in the rate you want e.g 15 for 15% then press set again. Worked for me!

SOURCE: casio MS-120TE tax rate
Look for "RATE SET" it is usually located on the % button. Press and hold the button and when the display comes up just the press the desired rate then press "RATE SET" again then clear
