Up until recently I was able to connect to the internet with my P1i via my wireless router at home. One day I attended an event at a local school campus and decided to connect to its wireless network but when I tried to connect, a message popped up stating that a dump file was created and then the phone froze. I had to remove the battery to turn it off. When I turned it back on everything seemed fine except that my phone no longer connected to my wireless network. I backed up all my files and did a master reset but that did not solve the problem. What can I do now?
Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: P1i full phone memory
Solution Description:
- Make sure your phone is fully charged
- Connect the USB cable to a USB port on your computer
- Turn off your phone
- Remove and reinsert the battery
- Press and hold the ‘C’ button down while plugging the USB cable to the computer
- Continue to hold the ‘C’ button down until the instruction number ‘7’ on the Update Service comes up (i.e. Instructing you to ‘Release the ‘C’ button)
NB: since the phone is not powering on, you may not be able to know whether the battery is fully charged. Hence, you will need to use a Sony Ericsson Deskstand. Connect the Battery Charger to its slot on the Deskstand and the USB cable to its slot simultaneously. This enables the battery to charge while the update is also running.
