The fuel air ratio is incorrect. If it has an adjustment screw on the carburetor, turn it slightly right or left, don't worry because you will "hear" the engine differentiate..
Are you sure you have the right fuel mixture? Many of these require 2 Cycle oil to be added to the gas. If fuel is right, you may have a vacuum leak at the carb (or crack in base where it mounts to the engine). My weedwacker needed to be run on half choke for about 10 min before it got hot enough to run with choke off.
remove the carburator.. It's plugged.
disassemble and soak the body in fresh gasoline for about 10 mins.
Blow out all the ports with small engine carb cleaner and reassemble.
Drain the gas tank , clean it and refill with fresh gas mixture
It doesn't take much to clog those little carbs
the on off switch has a o and a I The o is off and the other is on
as for the other three you have a from right to left on the main body full chock the half chock the run prime it 7 times on the primer ball with the full choke on the pull crank cable 3 times then move choke to half choke then pull until it starts if after 10 pulls it doest start out back to full choke and sart again if and when it startes let it rund for about 15 secs on half choke then move to run If after all that and you have done it a few times and it still doesnt start get rid of it as it is a totally rubbish tool I know i had one for 6 m onths used iit 3 times then i bought a stihl.
this is down to fule shortage strip card and all fule pipes clean the tank on off tap and any filters fitted also check all the jets inside the carberetor blow out with comprest air,,,dont go pokeing wire into any jets!! that could wreck the jet, but its all down to fule shortage
