I have the same problem. I have the Crosley Traveler (I think that's what it's called) and the power cord disappeared. It didn't fit inside the unit, so we kind of saw it coming. I don't know why they didn't make it attahed or fit inside. ANYway. I called the company and they will sell you one for $19.95. Call 800-926-7801 to try to fit the adaptor to your specific unit.

Try a Radio Shack universal replacement power supply like 273-1773 or 273-1776 or 273-1667 with the proper "Adaptaplug" that goes with it. It should do nicely and be sure to observer the proper polarity of the plug so that it will match your unit. Good luck.

Most turntables are belt driven. Suggest you take a look inside but remember to unplug the deck first. Usually it's a simple case of slipping the belt back on.

Belt came off on my crosley cr49 record player

1) Remove the platter - just lift up
2) Underneath the platter, you'll see a small lip section
3) Wrap the belt around this lip
4) Put platter back on turntable
5) Rotate platter until you see the motor shaft through the holes on the platter - a brass round looking piece
6) Pinch the belt around the motor shaft.
7) That's it.
