You need to reinstall operating system using operating system disk or restore the computer to factory settings using a command at the startup. You can find the manual for the command or tell me about the make of the computer. I will tell you about this command.
Unfortunately the TV is not designed to mount on wall. Hence there is no wall mount bracket available from Toshiba to install it.. However, if you have a base in your wall you can use the supplied clip to hold it on the wall from leaning forward..
