Question about ASUS P5VD2-X Motherboard
I am trying to help a friend who has rebooted his pc and reinstalled windows XP but has no sound. Upon trying to instal the ASUS motherboard P5VD2-X, the system requests a 'boost driver'?
Do you see anything called "PCI DEVICE" in device management? it should be in yellow if it is there. if u have that error download and install microsoft uaa bus driver and it will then find the audio drivers. then u can start installing audio driver from your motherboard cd.
