I need help as im chair bound now...
Get a 24v circuit tester http://www.amazon.com/OEM-25886-6-24V-Circuit-Tester/dp/B0014WIVX6
Connect the black lead to the negative side of the battery open the tiller head and expose the key switch, use the probe end of the circuit tester to probe the two wire connections, one connection should have 24volts on it.If there is no voltage at the key switch this means you don't have power getting to the tiller head. Check the cable that connects the tiller head to the body of the scooter, that both sides are plugged in and tight. Check all breakers, fuses, check all the wires in that they hide the fuses all over the place. Unplug and replug checking for pushed pins. You can start at the battery and chase the 24volt thought the wiring. The beauty of the circuit tester is that long sharp probe. Its perfect for sliding down the side of a wire in order to reach a pin on a connector.. If 24v is present on the pin the tester will light up, So if on one side it lights up but on the other side it doesn't pull the connector apart and reconnect to re-seat the pins, look for pushed pins. Hope this helps
Testimonial: "Thank you ver much...I did all you mentioned and found that the fuse inside the battery pack was blown...replaced it and at first it didnt work but while the switch was on it worked and eversince then its working...thx 2 u i have my feet back..."
Your certainly welcome i go crazy when my scooter breaks down, i use my scooter allot mostly outside in the snow and the wet, so i'm constantly chasing problems with my scooter. MOST of these scooters are not made for outside use. I always carry Silicon spray lub and CRC contact cleaner spray with me at all times. The lubricant is for the freewheel lever and braking mechanism thats located on the trans-axle, it gets wet, causing it to get stiff and malfunction. The contact cleaner i use for what is called "The Engager" this is the toggle lever thats up in the tiller head. This thing can be a pain its delicate, gets out of adjustment easily, and oxidizes very easily. Using a VOM meter
You may also need a VOM meter only $9http://www.amazon.com/Mastech-YG188-Pock...
THE Ehgager is composed of two pots. In the neutral position both sides should read 2.5k ohms. As you slowly depress the lever use the meter one side of the pot should smoothly drop to zero. THIS IS THE BEAUTY OF USING AN ANALOG METER. That needle will show you things a digital meter can't display. If that needle isn't smooth your scooter will accelerate unevenly causing problems like running into things and people. So i spray it down liberally with contact cleaner usually will smooth an engager right out.
THX...I thought it was fixed...but it happened again...i put 2 new batterries but nothing happened...i noticed at time it connects for a second and off again...technician looked at it and hes trying to order me a new one, since this is 10 yrs old...so for next 4-6 weeks someone must push me...

SOURCE: wiring for pride rally scooter.
Sorry but your probably going to have to get this to a service technician. That is a big problem you have there. Most wiring is`nt even color co-ordinated so it`s not a matter of matching up colors. I`d call a professional,
SOURCE: need to change mobility scooter controls back to right handed
Open up the front shroud (unhook batteries first) and switch the wires going to the throttle pod, its just 2 thin wires and if they were switched already you will probably be able to switch them back. The throttle pod is what the thumb throttle lever is hooked up to.
SOURCE: battery power on mobility scooter
The Hand Control has probably bent in from use. ( Where she Pushes the throttle Control )
Grab a hold of it and bend it out towards you slightly
The part about the indicator going down when she moves and back up when she stops is normal
SOURCE: AXS Mobility scooter loses battery power quickly.
hi , two problems can cause this,
1. batteries are weak, is the charger ok ? just because it 's green does not mean the charger is ok, can you validate the charge, try some other batteries ?,
2. Brake be activated or on at all times,
The best way to prove this is to remove the brake mech from the side of the motor completey now try the scooter, if the problem goes away then check the resistance of the brake, is it open or shorted ?
If you feel the brake, batteries and charger are working ok then the controller must be activating the brake and this is the fault but please double check the voltage on the brake leads.
