Hi! For about a year now Ive had an ongoing problem with my mouse pointer. Online, the mouse pointer changes to a hand icon and will not "do" anything. Kathy

Go into Windows Control Panel - Add Remove Programs. Look for Logitech software and uninstall it if it is there.

Go into Hardware and look for Mouse, Delete the icon, ignore warnings. Reboot the computer. You may have to just pull the wall plug. When the computer reboots, it will find the mouse and load the generic Windows Drivers.

I can't get my wireless keyboard to work even after trying everything can think go or told by Windows XP. Anything else i could try? Lee

Hi,

First try changing the batteries, reconnect the dongle or the connection device of your wireless keyboard and mouse, then restart your computer. If the step wont work reinstall the Bluetooth/Infrared software driver the wireless keyboard and mouse then restart the computer. If this fails still look under Ad/Remove programs if you have a Setpoint installed then remove it and restart computer, both or at least one of the devices should work. If one or both wont work then you need to contact the manufacturer and have the defective device/s be replaced. Just a heads up, they may ask you to reinstall your operating system / do a reformat of your computer so you need to back up your data ahead of time using a wired keyboard and mouse. Have a nice day ahead!

Mouse only worked for a couple of hours

Do you access the internet? Go to Control Panel->Add Remove Programs and remove this mouse. Reboot. Then install the mouse drivers again and after a reboot attach the mouse. Allow Windows to detect the mouse and loadup its drivers.

Unable to connect to internet or any program whatsoever

Some viruses do lock themselves to legitimate Windows programs. If they get delete, so do the Windows programs.

Re-installation is your next logical step.

If you use Vista click Start, Programs, Accessories, Ease of Access, then Magnifier. You should be able to find the Disable from there.
