My f***in friend is messing with my computer and how does he block youtube i cant unblock it any suggestions?

Ask your School's computer network administrator why they blocked playlist.com and youtube.com.

(most likely to save internet bandwidth usage or because of copyright infringement issues that could cost the school if caught and fined)

Maybe you could ask the system administrator if the legally purchased mp3 files on your ipod could be put on a usb stick and played ?
There may be a copyright issue as copyright for clubs, pubs, venues, schools is not the same as the copyright that your home entertainment copyright on your mp3 files has.

some times you send many request to many people so facebook is blocked your request so no problem wait and facebook will unblocked your request.

Look and see if you have parental controls on you computer user account. your administrator may have them blocked from you. if you are on a company machine then you cant unblock it. if you are at home get on the administrator account and go into your user acount and unblock it. you can also just look to see if pop up blocker is on and then turn it off

i guess your system administartor has restricted this sites, he is the only who will do that for you, except u have access to your internet sevre.
