Ice Cream Maker Parts, Instruction Manuals and Recipes

There are many requests on Fixya.com from people looking for parts for their Ice Cream Maker. I did some checking and found that in fact there seems to be very few good places to purchase parts for Ice Cream Makers. The best places to buy parts seems to be from the manufacturers.

Here are the phone numbers to call to get parts from many of the manufacturers of ice cream makers.

Cuisinart Parts - Cuisinart - 1-800-726-0190

Donvier Parts - Browne USA - 1-302-326-4802

Krups Parts - Krups - 1-800-526-5377

Musso Parts - Electra-Craft - 1-973-623-9370

Richmond Cedar Works Parts - COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS - NO SOURCE FOR PARTS AVAILABLE (Please do not call us)

Simac Parts - Electra-Craft - 1-973-623-9370

White Mountain Parts - White Mountain - 1-800-343-0065

My wife dropped our icecream motor and i am wondering where I can purchase a new one

You can try contacting Rival to see if they sell a replacement motor. Nothing is listed on their parts and accessories page. It may just be more economical to buy a new ice cream maker, though. Most of the cost is likely to be in the motor, and even if the motor's available it may be just a few dollars more for a whole new appliance. Amazon.com lists two almost identical models by a company called Maxi-Matic, a 6-quart model for $69.99 and a 4-quart for about $10 less. You might be better off just buying new and get a warranty with it.

Sadly, almost every small appliance now is a throw-away item.

Need repair manual for IL Gelataio 1600 ice cream

Best I can recommend is to go to www.delonghi-accessories.com. It's the site of a US distributor for Delonghi, which is the parent company of Simac, and it lists numbers for support.
You could try www.simac-vetrella.com if you speak Italian; or www.simac.com.au (I think this is a retailers site) might have parts, also.
Good luck.

Need replacement parts

Unfortunately, Nostalgia Electrics has stopped (AGAIN!) production of the ICM-517 and ICM 562 Soft Serve Ice Cream Makers. And the company customer service is a "bear" to get a call back from. You could go to the Helman Group, LTD website or the Nostalgia Electrics website and click on customer service and type in your request, but don't expect a quick answer. And there is an 800 # to call also, but you will only get the voice mail and leave a message. No live person, just a call back, if you're really really good and really lucky. It's a shame they have so much trouble with these, they seem to do well with the Popcorn machines, cotton candy, and drink machines, hot dogger, ect. You'd think they could debug this one too. Kindest regards, Joe.
