If the alarm went off when you plugged in your vacum it must be on the same circuit or on the rcd side of the consumer unit which must have tripped when you plugged in the vacum if you rewire the fuse or just turn on the trip on the breaker or on the rcd then reset your alarm and this doesnt sort it out or it keeps repeating then then ring a local electrician

It is trying to tell you that it is malfunctioning.
Since it has no "user-replaceable-parts", replace it.
Look on eBay, using the model-number as your search-key.

Sounds like an issue with the DM pcb. most likely some small electrolytic capacitors. you will need to remove DM pcb & take cover off. look for capacitors with bulging tops. note the values & location & replace all capacitors with bulging tops.

Password is not responding

Try and unplugging the Unit from the wall outlet and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then plug it back into the wall outlet and let it sit for 60 to 90 seconds before powering it up. See if that fixes it! If it has a processor in it 'which it does' it can get confused.

The STANDBY light will flash if the television detects an issue within the television. Some of these issues can be resolved simply by following the steps below to reset the television.
If the issue is still unresolved after following all of the troubleshooting steps, service may be required . Please note the number of times the STANDBY light flashes and relay that information to the service center.
  1. Turn off the television. Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Let the television remain without power for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet. NOTE: If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.
  4. Turn on the television.
