Pop the keyboard and look on the board next to the clock battery. You should see three jumper points, WITH THE POWER OUT AND ALL BATTERIES DISCONNECTED, short terminals 1 and 2 with the end of a flat bladed screwdriver. Replace all power sources and reconnect the power.
