I have a Nokia 9500. When I try to power on the front phone, it is saying "Offline Profile in User". The inside phone is not coming up. First the Nokia screen comes up, then 3D hands screen comes up for few seconds and then it goes blank. I try to do the formatting by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+F", but it is not formatting. Please help

Re: Not able to power on Nokia 9500
#1 Insert your ( memory card , flash disk , cellphone , .... ) into your computer. #2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives. #3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive. #4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'. #5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place. #6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

nokia 9300 saya ngalami troubel. ga sengaja saya pencet profil "offline" akhirnya hp bagian depan mati ga mau nyala. kemudian saya setting yang dalam tetapi ga bisa. bagaimana caranya untuk mengembalikan profil semula. tq....
It seems that your phone is in Offline mode, to bring it out from Offline mode press the power button on your phone once, it shall give you the options to change profiles, switch off the phone, etc. from there select the General profile and then check if you can make the calls?
