Question about Computers & Internet
Is it a genuine manufacturer's cartridge or some aftermarket? cartridges have small chips in them and aftermarket ones often will not work. You can take it out turn off printer and then power it back on and try to put it back in and hope it recognises it. If it's an original manufacturer's cartridge contact them they will usually replace without issue.
