ACT SDM 9350
Onshore ACT Mux configured as FXO and offshore ACT MUX configured as FXS.
Problem.
Every calls run smoothly except. caller call offshore number example: 12345678 no body pick up at offshore. Caller hanged up, but the offshore phone still ringing.
Expert, please assist me on this matter.

A long standing problem with FXO's and FXS connections is the latency in Voip and signaling. That is there is a delay from the time sent to time received. There should be software settings to adjust the delay. I would refer back to the manufacture of the FXO card and see if there are any software patches or upgrades. This is a software problem.
