Re: I don't have wireless network on acer aspire4715Z
The Aspire 4715 comes with Wireless OPTIONAL. Your system obviously wasn't bought with a pre-installed wirelss card. If you want to go wireless, you will need to buy a wireless card/adaptor seperately.

please goto device manager and check wheather all driver installed properly or not. This kind of problem occurs due to improper driver installation. so kindly remove the drivers from the add & remove program and reinstall it from system recovery disc or download drivers fromt he acer site.or if all the drivers are ok than check there is button which looks like led so kindly press it and your wireless will be start. most this button is on front side so check for the wifi sign and press the button near it ok.
go to acer's website and click on the support section. you will have to pick your country. you can then choose your model. once you choose your model, you can choose the drivers. their website is not really setup well for knowing what drivers you need. you can also use one of several driver software tools that will check your system and tell you what drivers are out of date and then download them for you.
I had the same problem and finally it worked after I have installed Foxconn Wireless LAN Driver (v.126.96.36.199) downloaded from acer Aspire 2930Z (not 2920Z!) drivers page. Now it works fine. Regards, Alexander
