When i plug it to computer, it says device had destroyed, but computer still can open the file inside mp3, mp3 shows that it is full battery,but i can't turn it on!!please tell me what should i do?

connect to system and when detected as a removable disk,format it.... if this doesnt work,look for the format option in the player itself under settings..that should definitely work.

if you have the initial executing files that were on your mp3 when you bye,
Format your Mp3 on PC by FAT32 format and copy those on your Mp3 player folder
