As you have not mentioned the Operating system, this would be the possible way out :
Install the another Operating system to make it dual boot and then remove the SAM file from the locked OS and then login with blank password

Let me know , if you are online sometime... I can get it resolve.

Hi,

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to Reset Windows Password on User Account?

You can create and configure a number of user accounts on your Windows computer depending on the number of users. A user account has its own password that prevents unauthorized users from downloading programs, and making system changes that you do not approve of. If you have forgotten Windows password for user account, you can reset it and create a new password quickly using one of two simple methods.
Password reset disk
This Windows password reset is a helpful device which can reset your forgotten Windows password without any effort.
1. Connect your Windows password reset disk to an open USB port on your computer.
2. Click "OK" when you see the "Username or password incorrect" message that appears when you enter the incorrect user account password in the open box.
3.Click "Reset Password" and follow the guided prompts to create a new password.
Password Hint
It is a good habit to create a Windows password hint when you set up a password for a user account. Log on to the administrator account
2. Click the Windows "Start" button. Type lusrmgr.msc in"Start Search" box and click "OK." As is known, Windows Password Unlocker is kind of favorite and portable toolkit to reset the lost or forgotten Windows password for all popular Windows OS, like Windows 7/XP/Vista/2000 and Windows Server 2003/2008 etc.
1st method: If your account has administrator privileges you can simply reset...

1) Hope you learn from your mistakes for the next time. Write the password down and put it in a safe place... and remember where you put it. Or better yet, use a password that makes sense to you... Or the best of all, create a Password Reset Disk (details abou this here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321305)

2) The "brute force" alternative: Re-install Windows from its installation CD/DVD (which I hope you didn't lose too). This will erase all programs and files you have in your computer. You'll need your Product Key (you have this, right). You may want to try to do an "update previous instalation" (which will keep your programs and files), but it may not remove the password at all.

3) Get a password recovery tool (for free, if possible). Many Windows versions (especially XP) do not like if you just 'delete' the password from an account, like some programs can do. If you do this you may lose access to many files and programs. This a security feature embedded in Windows.

a) Ophcrack: This Windows password cracker is by far the best free Windows password recovery tool available. It's fast and easy enough for a first time password cracker with a basic knowledge of Windows.
With Ophcrack, you don't need any access to Windows to be able to recover your lost passwords. Simply visit the site, download the free ISO image, burn it to a CD and boot from the CD. The Ophcrack program starts, locates the Windows user accounts, and proceeds to recover (crack) the passwords - all automatically (access to files and programs will be kept, so you will regain full access to the computer).
In a test on a Windows 7 PC, Ophcrack recovered the 10-character password to an administrator account in 40 seconds. Ophcrack supports Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP.
Download Ophcrack from here (choose the correct OS): http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php?type=livecd

b) Offline NT Password & Registry Editor: This one works basically by erasing your Windows password instead of recovering it (ths is where you can lose access to some files and programs). You can then simply log in to your account without entering a password.
Like Ophcrack, you boot to a burned CD created with the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor ISO file.
If you like this "password deleting" strategy then I highly recommend this program. Offline NT Password & Registry Editor works basically the same way as PC Login Now, but this program is free.
I tried Offline NT Password & Registry Editor on a Windows XP PC and it worked immediately without problem. It should work equally well with Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 2000, and Windows NT.

There are some other utilities out there, but finding FREE ones that actually work is time consuming. I'll post them here as I can.

I have a computer that has a password to get into windows when i frist turn it on and i dont remimber the pasword how can i get into it so i dont lose any thing by reboting?

If you share your computer with other users it's fairly simple to regain access to your account. You could ask one of the other users to log on to Windows with their password and perform the following steps :
 1. Click the Start button
 2. Click "Run"
 3. In the "Open" field, type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes)
 4. Click ok
Windows opens a user accounts dialog. Select the user with the lost password and click the "Reset Password" button. Enter a new password (and a second time in the confirmation box) and click ok. Click ok once again and you are ready.
Now you can log on to your account using the new password.

If you use use your system alone,

 1. Login to a computer which can connect to Internet. Download Windows Password Recovery tool 2.0 and decompress it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD.
 2. Get out the newly created CD and insert it to the locked computer.
 3. Re-booted the locked computer and then followed the process of instructions. Just a few steps, the old password was removed.
 4. Setting new password: Step one: Open the "Control Panel" Step two: Click the "User Account " Step three: Select the account you want to set a new password. Step four: Click "Reset password" ,then it will be set as blank. Thus, you can login with your account and blank password.
