Try delete any existing connection .If not work then reset to factory setting ...for do that You have press & hold two buttons on top left & right button at that same time insert the stylus in the hole provided near charging point...

most prob regarding that matter is lost contact in your earpiece. try opening your phone and check its connection. if connection is good then maybe your earpiece is defective.
if everything is fine then it must be the flex connector have a prob...
try it and inform me what happens...
