The control may be clogged with mineral deposits and consequenly unable to function. You can try disassembling the shower to remove the deposits but it may be necessary to replace the complete unit.

I have Bostich CAP2040-OF compressor that initially would not shut off after building pressure. I would let it build up until the needed pressure then shut it off for use then turn it back on etc. Now...

You could have a combination of both, but most likely worn cylinder. Easy to check. Remove cover, with compressor running spray soapy water on all fittings including under pressure switch. Repair as needed. If no leaks, unplug compresor from power and turn crank until piston is at top of stroke. Look for scratches / worn area close to top of cylinder. If worn, replace cylinder / piston ring (pressure is leaking past cylinder/ring). If it looks ok, then most likely problem is head gasket or reed valves. Parts are available at www.bostitch.com Good luck!

Franke Kitchen Spray Head Part # 4089. Lever on top moves it from stream to spray While on Stream Spray is leaking.... Tried changing washers 1st...then tried new aerotors... still leaking

I have the same problem. By taking off both aerators, I can see that the rubber ring inside the spray head partially disintegrated. Little pieces of rubber even fell out. I can remove the spray head (it twists off; I used a pliers and rubber gloves) but I can't take it apart and even if I did, I don't know if I could replace the rubber ring.

Runs real rough

Getting worse? Are you having to top up oil regularly? (oil over-filled and damaged hydraulic lifters / Piston rings failed / valve-stem seals decayed) Is the oil-cap gungy and yellow/brown froth? (Head gasket failed / head cracked / piston chamber cracked) If thats all ok, then its possible you have an air leak: Does car cut out when you slow down and stop? Does it hesitate when you accellerate from standstill in normal driving? Can you hear any whistling from the engine? Check for air leaks between the air flow meter to the head. I cant remember if this model has a throttle position sensor, but that might be dirty/faulty. Try spraying an electrical contact cleaner (not WD40. You can get contact cleaner from Maplin etc) into the throttle body (DO NOT SPRAY ANYTHING INTO THE AIR FLOW METER!). Finally, check the HT leads and the Coil pack. Good luck
