Ice will not come out.

hi there.this sounds like the ice mach is at fault.check leaver if is not jammed on off.try defrosting all and restarting.fill ice tray manually if empty.service condenser unit to rule intermitent defrosting(hence leaver jammed )make sure frezer reaching temperature. hope this helps Ali

hi rudy.many reasons for not making ice but first go through some basics.1-turn on ice machine/or leaver down 2-check water in ice tray 3-if empty fill manually .4-ice drops once and stops.then5-not filling with water. 6-check pipes and inlet valve.good luck ali

You will need to replace the dispenser control board. Here is a link to the part you need.

Try taking ice pan with auger out hold door open and press light switch for the door in while someone presses dispense ice. I want to see if the motor is turning behind the auger ice tray. The door switch has an interlock and when door is closed the dispenser controls should be functional. When open this disables water and ice dispenser. waiting on your response, Sea Breeze

this maybe a problem with you auger motor may be stripped.open the door remove the ice bin.then hold the metal u shape auger arm and try to turn it by hand or have some one try to dispence ice if the u shape braket turn easy ny hand or if it stops turning when being held replace the auger motor.i hope this is some help,good luck you may also have to replaced the ice bin.

i dont think its getting cold,, if the ice tray is full of water but not making ice try turning up the thermostat ,,,but if no water it reaching the ice tray then its a fult in that part

There is a micro switch behind the panel above the dispenser lever. It's the switch that the leaver presses on when you push a glass into it to fill with water. Pop the panel off and you will see the little black switch I'm refering to.

I have the same problem with the same unit. I removed the ice tray and held the open door cut-off switch closed. I then pressed the lever to dispense ice. I hear a humm like power is getting to the motor but the motor is not turning. I hear a click like the selonid is engaging. I'm having to assume at this point it's the motor and I am going to go ahead and order a motor. I've found a motor for the unit at partselect.com for $65.54. Hope this helps you.

Ice maker is fixed. We unpluged the frig for about 10 minutes and it is now working. Someone else was given this as a solution from FixYa and it worked for me. Thanks

Remove the ice tray and clean it throughly with warm water. Let it dry at room temperature and see what happens.
