Question about Jensen CD3720 CD Player
I have a Jensen mp3510 Stereo that the faceplate lights stopped working and the buttons don't work. The remote still controls it, but now it also will not play burned cd, when before the faceplate went out it played fine. Is this just a simple faceplate issue or a stereo problem?

I have a similar problem with a Rockford Fosgate MP3 deck. Mine will get FM just fine (about half the time) when you first start the car, but over the course of a few minutes, the signal will break down until there is nothing. The other half of the time, nothing from startup on. Try this, at least; pull the unit and make sure the antenna is hooked up and secure. If that's not the problem, I haven't been able to find anything else, but a few other report the same thing. It might just be time to buy a new unit.

I asked a friend of mine and he didn't charge me ANYTHING. What happened to free advice? What has happened to helping each other out? This is bogus!

SOURCE: What is a trigger wire?
A trigger is a electrical pulse that can be used to make a motor turn on. for example you may want a drop down screen to automaticly come down when the stereo is powered on or a tv to flip out of the wall. The trigger does not need to be used. hope this helps.
