I have a 6qt oval Smart Pot (SCVC604-SS) and cannot find the black stoneliner either. I have been checking with Rival for almost a year and it still back ordered. I called again today 3/27/08 and customer service finally told me that the do not know when they will be getting the replacement liner in because they are made and shipped from over seas and they just do not know and it could take several more months. What they are offering because they have many customers needing this item and that it has been out of stock for several months, is a discount off a new one. The price they offered me for my model was 34.34 shipping is included, so only tax was added. The total price was 37.17. So right now you can only continue to wait or order another one for almost half price. Hope this helps.

I am looking for the inside to a crockpot 3860. I have lid and base in good condition.

Okay, so I discovered that my liner was broken just last night. I am just going to get a new crock pot, but if anyone needs a lid, let me know. Its in great condition - no chips. I'll just charge for shipping - no cost for the lid. I know how frustrating finding these parts are. Hope this can help someone out.

It just so happens that the lid to my Rival 3860 broke (6qt oval) , so maybe we can work something out. My liner is white.
