If you reinstall Sound Driver your problem will be resolved.

If you don't have a sound driver for your laptop please tell me your serial number, part number and your laptop model.

Your sound card is "SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio".The chipset manufacturer name is "SoundMax".It's very hard to define what sound comes with any Notebook if the driver is not installed.We too search the Internet according to the Notebook company,model,series etc.
