They are all low quality these days. Just try getting an extended warranty thrown in on ANY camera. You buy on features alone. If you get any quality then that is a bonus. It even varies between models, so you can't even say one brand is trouble free any more. Just look at Apple computers. Their reliability is terrible now. My friend had 16 failures in three years with the Macbook. Total trash.

I had a unfair review posted about my business through true local it has been removed but now when any one looks in google maps the tag says beware give this one a miss how do I get rid of this

If you find out, let me know. I find that lots of people have bad reviews. I don't believe google should allow reviews in the first place. Or at least allow an option to turn off reviewing of your business. Google owns youtube, yet youtube allows publishers the right to remove comments which I would consider the same thing.

well ... either get it to the authorized repair center or get a new cam. drop damage is always heavy on the cam and this needs to be inspected by a qualified technician. but beware - repair might a bit less than the new camera would...

It sounds like you have a Anti Lock Brake system problem. take your car to a tire shop to check it out. That sounds dangerous.

Monitor

Hey sbrittannia,
This camera does not have what is called live preview where you can see what you're shooting and compose the image on the LCD screen. What it does have is image review which should display the image just taken on the LCD screen for about 2 seconds. If your camera is not doing this it means image review has been turned off. You can turn image review on or off under custom setting 6 which is described on page 88 of your camera manual. I have included a link to a PDF download of your camera manual in case you need it. I hope this helps!
